What We Do

Community Building Management Care is an independent private social care provider offering a 24-hour person centred service for young people aged 16+ that may need help in facing a wide range of developmental issues. As teenagers approaching adulthood, living independently becomes a significant goal.  The development of self – resilience is required, so we aim to support young people from “dysfunctional” families and a diverse range of backgrounds, be it; immigration, foster care, or the Youth Justice system. We deliver resources that provide the necessary skills and information to help adolescents transition into adulthood and enrich skills to live independently.

 Advantages

One of the advantages that our supported living programme can offer is the teaching of various "coping mechanisms." When struggling young adults have these identified skills, many issues they face are easily problem solved enabling them to make more informed decisions for themselves. We assess their management plans from the very beginning and consult with a co-production approach on the best possible therapeutic packages, tailor made for each individual as a continuous process.

Our supported living programmes

Are for young people who will be in need of a safe and supportive environment while they transition into adulthood. This type of independent living can be a great source of learning and maturation for young people that haven’t had the chance to be shown a different pathway or missing a crucial developmental gap within their milestones, that has never been identified
